I hope our campers are ready for some fun in and out of the sun!  We have some exciting ideas planned for this summer!  Miss Megan is working on putting a video out of our SMILE physical distance greeting.  We have all of our art and STEM projects planned and ready to go!  Each of our campers will be working on their own individual art and STEM project so creativity is encouraged!  We also have lots of activities and games planned that will keep ALL of our SMILE campers and team members safe and healthy!  But for now..

Here are some great ideas and activities to keep our younger campers busy and having fun!

Cosmic Kids Yoga channel provides Yoga activities to relax their minds while listening to stories.

For our campers who love animals and like to take trips to the zoo, the Houston Zoo channel on YouTube seems to have the excitement and education all in one. Campers can meet the animals and learn all about what goes on at the Houston Zoo.

For our campers who are interested in science, the Science Max YouTube channel has mini-experiments to try at home that are safe and do not require a lot of materials.

For some art and STEM project ideas, I found  15 Best Creative Activities for Kids some activities do require parental supervision but some are perfect for our campers to do on their own while parents are busy at home or unable to assist with the activity.

Here are just a few places where you can find activities and videos for our campers to do until our SMILE summer camp season starts this summer.

We will also be adding some craft videos presented by Miss Sam on our SMILE facebook page SMILE facebook page so keep an eye out for those as well.
