Birthday Party FAQs

Q: Can I bring outside food and/or drink?

Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own items. Please let the party manager know and we will be sure to set up an extra table for you. You will be allowed in the Party Lounge 30 minutes prior to the party to set up your items.

Q: Who is considered a guest under the 20 guest limit?

A guest is someone who will partake in the pool activity. Parents/Spectators will not be accounted for within the limit if not utilizing the pool.

Q: Are accommodations available for the adults?

Yes. Our Party Lounge/seating will be set for the confirmed number of children. If you require additional seating accommodations for adult guests please speak with our party manager, additional fees may be required.

Q: Can we add on extra time or activities?

Yes! You may add on an additional activity or half hour in the party lounge, for an additional fee. Please inquire with our party manager.

Q: Can we open our gifts during the party?

Yes, however, time is limited in our Party Lounge- if you would like to open gifts it is recommended to add an additional 30 minutes of lounge time.

Q: What types of decorations do you provide?

We do not provide decorations or paper goods for celebrations. The host is responsible to provide all decorations or accessories for the party.

Q: Is food and drink included in the party package?

We don’t provide food, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. We do not offer accommodations for frozen or refrigerated items.
