What membership types do you offer? 

  • Youth Ages 3 months-15yrs

  • Young Adult Ages 16-29yrs

  • Individual Ages 30-64yrs

  • Senior Ages 65+

  • Couple: 2 Adults Ages 16+ within the same household 

  • Basic Family: 2 Adults and 1 Child OR 1 Adult & 2 Child(Up to age 22) within the same household (Add on Youth($15/mo) & Adult($25/mo) Options Available) 

  • Premium Family: 2 Adults and 2 Child(Up to age 22) within the same household (Add on Youth($15/mo) & Adult($25/mo) Options Available)

What is included in a membership? 

  • We offer 2 tiers of membership: Basic & Premium 

  • Basic Membership: Includes Unlimited access to the fitness center, lap lane and racquetball court reservations, group fitness classes, as well as guest passes and freeze options. 

  • Premium Memberships: Include Basic Membership access along with an exclusive package of perks including: 

    • 15% Discount on HFMA, 10% Discount on Group Swim Lessons, Summer Camp, and Birthday Parties, and discounted rates on Youth In Motion Programming

    • 2 Small Group Training Sessions per month (per membership- can be used for guests)

    • Free Aerial Yoga Classes (Ages 16+)

    • Virtual & On Demand Fitness Classes

    • Free Coffee & Tea Everyday

    • 1 Free Shake/Bowl on Member Appreciation Day (per member)

    • 1 Free Body Composition Scan per quarter (Every 3 months, per membership ages 16+)

    • 36 Guest Passes Per Year

    • 2 Free Convenience Items/month (per membership)

    • Free Racquet Rentals (Reg. $2/racquet)

    • Family Premium Memberships includes 2 Adults & 2 Children

    • Free Kids Clubhouse Access to all active children on the membership

    • $0 Freeze Fees (3 months max applies)

  • All New Members ages 16 & up will also receive our New Member Package including  1 Hour Fitness Orientation with a personal trainer, 1 Free Small Group Training Session, and 1 Free Sky Aerial Yoga Session. 

  • All New Members will receive a Free Shake or Bowl Coupon to our Boost Cafe. 

What is the membership fee structure? 

  • Upon enrollment new members will be charged an enrollment fee (same as monthly billing rate) and first months dues (prorated) 

  • A yearly maintenance fee will be charged first the second month of membership and annually thereafter. (Rate depends on membership type) 

  • Monthly dues will be charged automatically on the 1st of every month. 

  • Any annual membership options are paid upfront in full for a 12 month commitment automatically renewed yearly.

  • All Memberships fees subject to 7% Sales Tax

How do I pay membership dues?

  • Monthly dues will be charged to the credit card on file with a 3% service fee. 

  • Membership dues can be paid in advance via cash or check to avoid the service fee, however, restrictions apply and we still require a credit card on file (visa, mastercard, or discover) in the event prepayment is not made by the 25th of the month prior to the upcoming 1st of the month billing. 

  • Annual memberships will be paid up front at time of enrollment via cash, check, or credit card. 

Is there a membership commitment? 

  • All monthly billed memberships will have a minimum of a 3 full month commitment, after which time membership & contracted billing will automatically continue month to month.

  • Any annual membership options are paid upfront in full for a 12 month commitment automatically renewed yearly.

How do I cancel my membership? 

  • After the 3 full month commitment is met, members may request to cancel their membership. All membership resignation requests must be submitted with Member Services by the 25th of the month prior to the upcoming 1st of the month billing cycle. 

  • Please note the primary member on the account is required to sign off on any changes to membership or billing. 

How do I freeze my membership? 

  • After the 3 full month commitment is met to freeze your membership a freeze form must be completed by the 25th of the month prior to the upcoming 1st of the month billing. You may freeze your membership recreationally for up to 3 months per calendar year at $15/month for Basic Members and $0 for Premium Members. 

  • Medical freezes available with the submission of a doctor's note along with a freeze form by the 25th of the month prior to the upcoming 1st of the month billing at $0/month- additional restrictions apply. 

  • Please note the primary member on the account is required to sign off on any changes to membership or billing. 

Can I change my membership? 

  • Yes, we offer upgrades(adding members) to membership at any time; however, downgrades may only be requested/processed after the 3 full month commitment has been fulfilled.

Can I transfer my membership to another individual? 

  • No, we do not offer transferring of membership. 

Do you have a referral program? 

  • Yes! If new members are referred by a current member, the referring member will receive a $50 membership credit (Excludes Discounted Membership types) once the referred member has met their 3 full month commitment 

Do you work with any insurance reimbursement programs? 

  • We work directly with Horizon B.Fit in which you'll pay your dues directly to us and be reimbursed by your insurance company if you've fulfilled the necessary criteria. 

Do you have any age restrictions? 

  • Please see facility age restrictions below, active youth members have access to Kids Yoga and Zumba for free and eligible for a discounted rate for our other Youth in Motion programs such as Youth F.I.T. or Jr. Racquetball Instruction. We also offer onsite childcare in our Kids Clubhouse- this service would be included in Family Premium Memberships or offered as an add on for $15/month per Basic Family or Youth Membership.

      • No persons under the age of 16 are permitted to swim without a designated lifeguard on Duty regardless of accompanied adult supervision. Pinnacle Health and Fitness will post Lifeguard supervised swim times at Member Services and on Pool Deck.

      • Lifeguard supervised swim times(Subject to Change and updated weekly hours can be found on the app homepage)

Do you offer member guest passes? 

  • Yes! Depending on your membership type you will receive a Guest Pass Package that renews every calendar year. Any member guests must create a guest account (if under the age of 18, parent or guardian must be present) and sign liability waiver and check in with Member Services. Members must remain in the building during the duration of their guests' visits. Once packages are depleted, Daily Guest Pass Fees apply. 

    • PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP TYPES: 36/yr 

    • BASIC MEMBERSHIP TYPES:  (Same amount applied to Annual Memberships)

      • Family/couple: 12/yr  per membership

      • Individual: 6/yr per membership 

      • Young Adult/Senior: 3/yr per membership 

      • Youth: None- guest must pay associated day rates 

ADDITIONAL PINNACLE PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Group Fitness Classes (Ages 16+):  

Are Group Fitness Classes included in membership? 

  • Yes! All group fitness classes and cycle classes are included in all membership types ages 16 & up. 

Are Registrations Required?

  •  Registrations are required for all classes available for members to book up to 1 week in advance on the app/member portal. 

  • Registrations must also be cancelled a minimum of 1 hour in advance. Waitlisted classes are subject to a $5 no show/late cancellation fee. 

Can I use the studios when classes aren't running?

  •  No, due to safety reasons access to the studios are limited to scheduled classes only with an instructor present. 

Are virtual/on demand classes included in membership?

  • Our Virtual Platform will be included in all Premium Memberships and offered as a $5 monthly add on to Basic Memberships. 

  • We also offer virtual only memberships at $40/month. 

Lap Lane Reservations: 

Are Lap Lane Reservations included in membership? 

  • Yes! Ages 16+ with active membership may reserve lap lanes for 30-60 minutes a day.

  • Anyone under the age of 15 with an active membership may reserve lanes only during our designated Lifeguard Hours (Live schedule available on app) along with parental supervision on the pool deck the full duration of the booking. 

    • Please note any adult accompanying the child in the water must also have an active Pinnacle Membership or purchase a Day Pass prior to entry. 

Are Registrations Required?

  •  Registrations are required for court usage. Members may reserve lap lanes for 30-60 minutes  a day available to book up to 1 week in advance via app/member portal. 

  • Registrations must also be cancelled a minimum of 1 hour in advance or are subject to a $5 no show/late cancellation fee. 

Racquetball Court Reservations: 

Are Racquetball Court Reservations included in membership? 

  • Yes! Ages 13+ with active membership may book courts for up to 1 hour per day. 

  • Ages 4-12 may book court 1 (up to 1 hour a day) with parental supervision the full duration of the booking. . 

Are Registrations Required?

  •  Registrations are required for court usage. Members may reserve a court up to 1 hour a day available to book up to 1 week in advance via app/member portal. 

Sky Aerial Yoga(Ages 16+):

Are Aerial Yoga classes included in membership? 

  • Sky Aerial Yoga is included in all Premium Memberships and offered as a $10 drop in or $15/month unlimited add on for Basic Membership types

    • Guest Drop-Ins are also available for $25 per class. 

Are Registrations Required?

  • Yes, registrations are required for all classes available for members to book up to 1 week in advance on the app/member portal. 

Personal Training 

Do I need a membership to participate in personal training? 

  • Yes, membership is required to participate in our Personal Training Options- contact member services for package details 

Can Personal Training Packages be shared? 

  • Personal Training packages may be shared with other members active on your membership only. 

Do personal training packages expire? 

  • Personal Training packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. 

What if I'm injured or cannot participate due to a medical reason? 

  • With the submission of a doctors note and freeze form, members may freeze their membership medically and the expiration date of the package will be extended the duration of the medical freeze. We do not offer credit or refunds for this service. 

What if I need to cancel a scheduled session?

  • Cancellation of scheduled sessions must be made by close of business the day prior to your appointment, otherwise this session will be lost. To cancel a session please contact your trainer or call Member Services.

How do I get started? 

  • New Members will receive 1 free fitness orientation with a personal trainer that expires 30 days from membership enrollment.  This will be booked with Member Services and bookings will need to be made 48 hours in advance. 

  • Current Members: Contact our Fitness Director to be paired with a Trainer. Once paired with the first session scheduled- package purchase must be completed with Member Services prior to the first session. 

Small Group Training 

Do I need a membership to participate in the following programs? 

  • Yes, membership is required to participate in our Small Group Training Program- contact member services for package details 

Are Registrations Required?

  • Yes, registrations are required for all classes available for members to book up to 1 week in advance on the app/member portal. 

  • Registrations must also be canceled a minimum of 1 hour in advance or participants are subject to a $5 no show/ late cancellation fee. 

Can Small Group Training Packages be shared? 

  • Members may share the 5, 10, and 20 session packages of Small Group Training between other members active on your membership only. 

  • Our unlimited monthly option cannot be shared. Each member must enroll in this monthly add on to participate. 

Do Small Group Training packages expire? 

  • Small Group Training packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. 

  • Unlimited packages renew monthly on the first along with your monthly membership billing. 

What if I'm injured or cannot participate due to a medical reason? 

  • With the submission of a doctors note and freeze form, members may freeze their membership medically and the expiration date of the package will be extended the duration of the medical freeze. We do not offer credit or refunds.

  • All New members ages 16+ will receive 1 Free Small Group Training session that expires 30 days from membership enrollment. 

  • We offer various packages that can be added to membership depending on your budget/usage and can be added to membership at any time with Member Services. 

Nutrition Coaching 

Do I need a membership to participate in the following programs? 

  • Yes, membership is required to participate in our Nutrition Coaching Options- contact member services for package details. 

Do Nutrition Coaching packages expire? 

  • Nutrition Coaching packages expire 1 Year from the date of purchase. 

Can Nutrition Coaching Packages be shared? 

  • No, each member must purchase their own nutrition coaching package. 

What if I need to cancel a scheduled session?

  • Cancellation of scheduled sessions must be made by close of business the day prior to your appointment, otherwise this session will be lost. To cancel a session please contact your coach or call Member Services.

How do I get started? 

  • Contact our Fitness Director to be paired with a Coach. Once paired with the first session scheduled- package purchase must be completed with Member Services prior to the first session. 

Private Swim Lessons 

Do I need a membership to participate in the following programs? 

  • Membership is required to participate in our standard Private Swim Options- contact member services for package and booking details. 

  • We do offer Private Lesson Intensive options in which sessions are to be completed in 2 weeks to non-members. Contact Director of Aquatics for package and booking details. 

Kids Clubhouse

Does my child have to be a member to use the Kids Clubhouse? 

  • Drop in fees for guests are available and standard booking policies apply. 

  • Kids Clubhouse will be included in Premium Family Memberships to children active on the membership. 

  • $15 monthly add on available to Basic Family Memberships or Youth membership (Child must be active member for add on rate) 

What are the ages allowed? 

  • We offer childcare to ages 3 months to 12 years.

  • Any Children ages 3 Months to 2 years must schedule a Meet & Greet with the Director of Kids Clubhouse prior to their first reservation

Are reservations required? 

  • Yes, reservations are required at least 2 hours in advance during the hours of operation. Reservations can be placed on the app or online portal.
