Registration Information

At S.M.I.L.E. Summer Camp we foster your child’s growth and guide them to Shine, Motivate, Inspire, Learn, and Encourage along with their fellow campers. Our camp is designed with your child’s development in mind offering various activities that will motivate them to keep learning, build relationships, create lasting memories, and most importantly, have a summer full of smiles!

Our Camp offers your child:

  • Quality care from our inspiring and passionate team

  • Fitness activities such as Yoga and Tumbling that are run by child-certified instructors

  • Art, Group STEM Projects, Games, Music, Dance and More

  • Weekly trips to fun destinations and exciting assemblies hosted by various guests

    • Field trips and assemblies scheduled Wednesdays. Participation is not mandatory but encouraged. Choices can be changed up to 1 week prior.

  • Involvement in local community projects and visits from local safety organizations

  • A chance to make new friends and create long lasting friendships

  • New and exciting learning experiences

  • Opportunities to improve character development through character education

  • End of Summer Camp Carnival offered to campers that attended Camp at anytime this session

Daily Schedule:

Throughout the week the children can participate in sports, fitness, arts & crafts, music, dance taught by trained and experienced personnel in each of their respected areas. The camp is run in an indoor/ outdoor fashion so your child can always escape the heat! They will play outside on our two fields, and indoors play various games in our racquetball courts, and swim in our heated, indoor, salt-water pool where we also provide swim lessons throughout the camp season!

HOW TO GET STARTED

You can sign up through our online portal, app, or at Member Services. Payment must be made in full for all online transactions. To place a deposit per week- contact Member Services or Darlene to place reservations- please see details below.

 

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT

Children who are on a Premium Family Membership with Pinnacle receive a 10% discount on their camp fees! Please note: This discount does not apply to children of Pinnacle Members, the child must be a member to receive the 10% discount per week.
Discount does not apply to additional services such as swim lessons, trips, assemblies, etc.

REFER AND SAVE!

Refer a Friend to SMILE at Pinnacle Health and Fitness you will receive a $25.00 Pinnacle Cash Card. Please be sure they mention your name at registration or email Darlene your referrals directly.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Upon making your selections for your camper's weekly reservations and the “extras” we offer, you’ll have the option to pay in full online OR contact Darlene or a Member Services Team Member to make a $10% deposit down per week as your non-refundable deposit. This will hold your spot in our Camp! Any remaining balance will be due by June 1st. Registrations completed after June 1st will require that full payment be made at the time of registration. Payments can be made through our website or with Member Services. No refunds will be considered, except for medical reasons accompanied by a doctor’s note.

  • IN HOUSE REGISTRATIONS 10% DEPOSIT FOR EACH WEEK AVAILABLE 

  • AFTER REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE TRANSFERS OR CHANGE REQUESTS ARE NOT  GUARANTEED AND BASED ON AVAILABILITY. 

  • ALL TRANSFER OR UPGRADE REQUESTS ARE DUE BY MAY 25TH VIA EMAIL TO DARLENE AT DCONWAY@PINNACLE-NJ.COM 

  • ANY TRANSFER OR UPGRADE REQUESTS PLACED AFTER MAY 25TH A $10 PER WEEK ADMIN FEE APPLIES 

  • NO REFUNDS APPLY UNLESS FOR A MEDICAL REASON WITH THE SUBMISSION OF A DOCTORS NOTE. 

  • WE IMPOSE A 3% SERVICE FEE ON ALL NON-CASH TRANSACTIONS WHICH IS NOT GREATER THAN OUR COST OF ACCEPTANCE. ALL CASH OR CHECK PAYMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAY 25TH. 

  • ALL CAMP REGISTRATIONS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE- NO EXCEPTIONS
