Elevate Your Yoga Practice

SKY at Pinnacle is designed to take your yoga practice to the next level. From Aerial Yoga, Guided Meditation, Restorative Yoga and more, each class will motivate your mind, body, and spirit to guide you on a path to discover your full potential on and off the mat. Each class has an intimate capacity of no more than 6-8 participants led by our passionate team of certified instructors. Classes run 45 minutes to 1 hour duration to fit your schedule.

To keep your yoga practice flowing we offer classes ranging from beginner to intermediate- these classes are included in premium memberships, $15/month for basic memberships, and drop-in options. See full schedule here

Aerial Strength & Flow 

In Aerial Strength & Flow we will use our silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling to build total-body strength. This will allow us to have grace and flow as we sequence poses, shapes, and transitions together to build a fluid routine in our hammocks.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. It enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you.

Incorporating Aerial Yoga into your routine: Aerial yoga uses weight resistance to build strength and tone your body without the need for heavy equipment. 

Aerial yoga is considered a low impact, full body workout engaging multiple muscle groups with incorporated stretches and breath control throughout. 

Along with traditional yoga benefits such as improving strength, flexibility, and balance, aerial yoga takes it one step further as the hammock enhances each pose promoting an increased stretch decompression of joints, elongation of the spine, circulation, and lymphatic cleansing.
