How long are the sessions?
Each session is 30 minutes.

What if I’m new to exercise?
Our Trainers and coaches will have variations ready for all fitness levels.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Our Trainers and coaches will have variations ready for you, however, you will be expected to communicate these limitations to the Trainer prior to the session to discuss if this is the right program for you during your recovery.

How often will the programming change?
We are planning to change our program every 8 weeks.

Can I join in the middle of a current program?
Yes

How often is it recommended to take sessions?
You can come to as little or as many session per week as you’d like however we recommend for Maximum results you attend 2-4 sessions per week (1-2 of each different class per week)

Who will be teaching the sessions?
Our Certified Personal Trainers and Coaches will be guiding you through your workouts.

When do my sessions expire?
Sessions expire 6 months after purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?
You will not be charged for the class if you cancel within 8 business hours of the class time.
